Our company has generated a high impact on the socio-economic environment of the region, contributing to the generation of more than 200 direct jobs and more than 300 indirect jobs, positively impacting the meat chain in Santander.

We are proud to present our organizational structure, which is divided into six major departments: Marketing and Sales, Administrative and Financial, Legal and Human Management, Quality, Production and Livestock Development. Each department is subdivided into areas, and together they develop internal and external processes that guarantee that the cattle benefited in our facilities are of excellent quality and safety, always thinking of satisfying the final consumer.

To achieve this objective, we work daily to develop our Social Welfare Program, we encourage creativity and innovation generated by our staff, we develop our processes being friendly to the environment and protecting our social and natural environment and contributing to the benefit of our human talent COLBEEF .
