It is the stage of the process where a portioned product cut is identified, through a traceability system. It is a food grade adhesive that contains the information required by current regulations (name of the cut, process date, expiration date, batch, weight, information of the processing slaughterhouse, authorization of the slaughterhouse), this label is visible placed in the cut or portioned product.

Fields can be added such as the Bar code and QR Code, which facilitates the packaging, enlistment and logistics of product dispatch.
